The gangs philosophy is best understood in our motto:

We are a registered charity with two full time leaders, Mrs. Lesley Franklin assisted by Rob Green, together with a whole host of willing and able volunteers who run a wide and varied programme for young people aged 6-25 years. Activities include team games and thought provoking challenges designed to bring the best out of our members.
We endeavor to provide opportunities for our members to perform in their own talent shows either on stage or behind the scenes. Culminating in the annual pensioners party.
Outstanding achievement is recognized on honours night. This is a special time when all the endeavor and achievement of the last year are recognized.
